STORE POLICY

Effective January 15, 2019

We are happy to offer a 48 hour exchange period on any dress that is shipped outside of a 4 hour radius from our store location in Cookeville, TN. The only exception to this are dresses that have been purchased on clearance.

ALL CLEARANCE DRESSES ARE A FINAL SALE. Please call for help with sizing before ordering.

 

We understand that sizing from every company is different so we are happy to exchange your item for an alternate size or style. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR ANY REASON. You must contact Ready Set Grow within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive an RA# in order to send your dress back. The dress must be returned in perfect condition, tags attached etc. If you have any questions in reference to this policy please call and ask to speak to a manager at 931-526-8680.

 

We hope this new policy helps ease the stress of shopping online. Please remember that if you see a dress on our website in the size and color you are wanting it is available to ship same day. We only list dresses on our website that are currently in stock at our brick and mortar location.
