Founded by Susan Chaffin, the store began with a simple vision: create a welcoming shopping experience centered around quality, personal service, and the joy of childhood.

Today, that vision continues through Susan and her daughter, Morgan Johnson. Together, they are carrying the family legacy forward while thoughtfully evolving the store for today’s families.

As Ready Set Grow has grown, so has our vision. What began as a children’s boutique has evolved into a specialty dress store, RSG FORMALS, with a focus on beautiful dresses and special-occasion styles for the moments that matter most. From milestone celebrations and family portraits to weddings, dances, and everything in between, we love helping customers find something that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and truly celebrated.
