WE DO NOT REFUND FOR ANY REASON!

We are happy to offer a 48 hour exchange period on any dress that is shipped outside of a 4 hour radius from our store location in Cookeville, TN. The only exception to this are dresses that have been purchased on clearance.

Once again, ALL CLEARANCE DRESSES ARE A FINAL SALE.

Please call for help with sizing before ordering. We understand that sizing from every company is different so we are happy to exchange your item for an alternate size or style.

To move forward with an EXCHANGE

1. You must contact Ready Set Grow within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive an RA# to send your dress back. The dress must be returned in perfect condition, tags attached etc.

2. Buyer is responsible for all costs included with returning or exchanging formalwear.

Please remember that if you see a dress on our website in the size and color you are wanting it is available to ship same day. We only list dresses on our website that are currently in stock at our brick and mortar location.
